I just came up with a song playlist for when I work out on the eliptical or the heavy bag. These songs really get me pumped up and moving. Maybe they will do the same for you.

This playlist just kept me going through a 40-minute workout on the eliptical. I did two sets at 5-minutes then two sets at 10-minutes. It was the Fatboy Slim song that really pumped me up during the last bit of the first 10-min. run. During the walks I kept the RPMs to about the mid 40s. During the runs I kept the RPMs between 55 - 60.
